Listing Policy
Last updated: August 27, 2026
This policy explains what may be listed on Guimba.biz and how listings are reviewed and maintained.
1. Who May Be Listed
Businesses, professionals, organizations, services, public facilities, and other legitimate entities that are located in Guimba, Nueva Ecija or genuinely serve customers in Guimba may be considered for inclusion.
2. Free Standard Listings
Standard directory registration is free unless clearly stated otherwise. Optional sponsorship, featured placement, or advertising may be offered separately and does not change the basic eligibility requirements.
3. Accurate Information
Submitters must provide information they reasonably believe is accurate. Business names should reflect the actual trading or public-facing name. Categories and barangays must accurately describe the business. Contact links should belong to or be authorized by the listed entity.
4. Categories
Listings should use the most appropriate Guimba.biz main category. Guimba.biz may correct or consolidate categories to keep search results useful and prevent category stuffing.
5. Prohibited Listings
We may reject or remove listings involving fraudulent or deceptive activity, impersonation, illegal goods or services, malicious content, misleading contact information, repeated spam, or content that creates a material safety or legal concern.
6. Photos, Logos and Descriptions
Only submit photos, logos, descriptions, and other materials that you own or are authorized to use. Do not upload private photographs or copyrighted material without permission.
7. Verification
A listing appearing on Guimba.biz does not by itself mean the business has been verified, licensed, accredited, endorsed, or approved by Guimba.biz or the Municipality of Guimba. Any verification badge or status will have the specific meaning described by Guimba.biz at that time.
8. Duplicate and Inactive Listings
Duplicate listings may be merged or removed. Businesses that have closed, relocated, changed ownership, or become unreachable may be updated, marked accordingly, or removed.
9. Corrections and Removal
Business owners, authorized representatives, or affected individuals can request a correction or removal through the Request Listing Removal / Correction page. Reasonable verification may be required.
