Guimba.biz is an independent community business directory. It is not the official website of the Municipality of Guimba and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the municipal government unless a specific partnership is expressly stated.

2. Directory Information

We aim to provide useful and accurate local information, but listings may be submitted by business owners, representatives, community members, or compiled from information intended for public business use. We do not guarantee that every listing is complete, current, accurate, licensed, or available at all times.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use Guimba.biz to discover local businesses and services and to submit legitimate directory information. You may not use the website to impersonate another person or business, submit knowingly false information, distribute malware or spam, interfere with website operation, scrape the directory abusively, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

4. Submitted Content

You remain responsible for information, images, logos, and other materials you submit. You confirm that you have the right or permission to provide them for display on Guimba.biz. You grant Guimba.biz permission to display, format, resize, and use submitted materials as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the directory and the relevant listing.

5. Moderation

Guimba.biz may approve, reject, edit for formatting, suspend, or remove listings that are misleading, duplicated, inappropriate, unlawful, unverifiable, inactive, or inconsistent with our Listing Policy. Publication is not guaranteed.

6. Free and Paid Features

Standard business registration may be offered free of charge. Guimba.biz may separately offer optional sponsorships, featured placements, advertising, or other paid promotional services. Paying for promotion does not guarantee sales, leads, rankings, or customer results.

7. External Services

Links to Facebook, Messenger, Google Maps, websites, and other third-party services are provided for convenience. Guimba.biz does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, transactions, or policies.

8. No Guarantee

The directory is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Guimba.biz does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy and suitability of every listing.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use as the website develops. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply to your use of the website.
